Always communicate exclusively with the creditor because the debt relief company is only a company that will make money from you and will accompany you with big problems that will increase until it leads you to personal bankruptcy in which they will make money from you anyway. I have a personal experience with the branch in Nitra, at the first meeting the husband and wife in this office did not make the best impression on me… while the man with the big belly was rolling on the couch, the lady was explaining to us how the process would take place. We were not interested in personal bankruptcy, in any case only in the management of liabilities. We went over the collected information at home and looked for various reviews on the Internet. However, at the time when we were dealing with this situation (2017), there were no negative reviews on the Internet, so we embarked on this path of debt relief in the form of managing our loans. It’s just a shame that we didn’t contact the creditors, but we did contact this company. Since we had more of those loans, we were drawn up with a payment schedule that obliged us to pay monthly payments of 530 euros. The entire first installment went exclusively for the purposes of the company from the second 75% with the third 50% etc. the remaining percentages went to partial payment of the installments after three months the creditors started contacting us and demanding from us the outstanding loan installment payments, but since we gave the power of attorney to this fiduciary company they were supposed to act on our behalf unfortunately it didn’t happen. Every now and then, a package arrived with the collection of outstanding installments, which we were supposed to ignore based on the recommendation of the debt relief company… it was explained to us that every creditor must accept payment, even if not in full, and the installment is considered partially paid. However, the debt relief company hid from us the fact that the creditor does not communicate with them at all, they sent each creditor a statement about repaying the loan in a different form, which, however, was not accepted by any creditor and was completely rejected. Of course, partially paid does not mean paid, the late interest and reminder fees also started to rise, which increased our debt by more than 80 percent within half a year, we constantly tried to contact the debt relief company with questions about how to proceed, but out of 100 phone calls, we may have called twice, but we never received an answer because they always beat us by saying that they will call us back when they find out how things are… a week has passed. two, more reminders came again, more increased payments, we contacted the debt relief company again and again unsuccessfully. We sent payments to the debt relief company regularly according to the schedule for five whole months. But the result was more than disastrous. We reassessed the situation and started communicating with creditors personally. Three of the four lenders came to meet us and issued us a payment schedule, we had to pay off one loan in full and at the same time because we would face foreclosure because it had gone too far. Fortunately, after six months, my husband started doing very well in business and we dug ourselves out of this shit. Of course, no one will return the money we poured into this disgusting fiduciary company for half a year. I hope they find it useful and I firmly believe that Karma is free… the husband and wife from the POS who accompanied us through this hell ate for our money and enjoyed our hard-earned money, but they did absolutely nothing for us except redistribute payments in an incomplete amount, which we could have done ourselves, and it was difficult for them to pick up the fucking phone and at least talk… at the same time, these people are more in debt than we are…

Ľudia nenechajte sa nachytať prvou oddlžovacou spoločnosťou Bonato, už len jej názov ktory stale menia hovorí za seba… o praktikách majiteľa tejto spoločnosti netreba ani hovoriť všetko sa dočítate na internete… z Čiech musel odísť pretože si narobil problémy a keď prišiel na Slovensko začal ryžovať na nás… ak ste sa nechtiac dostali do omeškania so splátkami ihneď kontaktujte veriteľa nie oddlžovaciu spoločnosť… Tá vás ošklbe totižto aj o oprdené gate a budete na tom horšie než ste teraz. Vždy komunikujte výhradne s veriteľom pretože oddlžovacia spoločnosť je len spoločnosť ktorá na vás zarobí a bude vás sprevádzať veľkými problémami ktoré sa budú navyšovať až vás dovedie k osobnému bankrotu v ktorom na vás tak či tak zarobí. Osobný bankrot je dobrý len pre ľudí ktorí nič nevlastnia. Ja mám osobnú skúsenosť s pobočkou v Nitre, pri prvom stretnutí manželia v tejto kancelárii na mňa nepôsobili najlepším dojmom… pokým pán s veľkým bruchom sa váľal na gauči, pani nám vysvetľovala ako bude prebiehať proces. Nemali sme záujem o osobný bankrot to v ziadnom prípade len o správu záväzkov. Pozbierané informácie sme si doma nechali prejsť hlavou a hľadali sme rôzne recenzie na internete. No v čase keď sme túto situáciu riešili my (2017) negatívne recenzie na internete neboli a tak sme pristúpili na túto cestu oddlženia formou spravovania našich úverov. Len škoda že sme neoslovili veriteľov ale oslovili sme túto spoločnosť. Keďže sme mali tých úverov viac bol nám vypracovaný kalendár splátok ktorý nás zaväzoval platiť mesačné platby 530 euro. Celá prvá splátka išla výhradne na účely spoločnosti z druhej 75% s tretej 50% atd.zvyšné percentá išli na čiastočnú úhradu splátok po troch mesiacoch nás začali kontaktovať veritelia a vymáhať od nás dlžné platby splátky úverov no keďže sme poskytli splnomocnenie tejto pofidérnej spoločnosti mali konať za nás žiaľ nestalo sa. Každú chvíľku prišla obsielka s vymáhaním dlžných splátok ktoré sme mali na základe odporúčania oddlžovacej spoločnosti ignorovať… vysvetlené nám to bolo tak že každý veriteľ musí prijať platbu aj keď nie v plnej výške a tím sa považuje splátka za čiastočné uhradenú. Oddlžovacia spoločnosť nám však zatajila skutočnosť, že veriteľ s nimi vôbec nekomunikuje oni zaslali každému veriteľovi vyjadrenie o splácanie úveru inou formou čo však žiaden veriteľ neakceptoval a v plnej miere zamietol. Samozrejme čiastočne uhradená neznamená uhradená začali stúpať aj úroky z omeškania, poplatky za upomienky čím sa náš dlh vyšplhal v priebehu pol roka viac ako o 80 percent neustále sme sa snažili kontaktovať oddlžovaciu spoločnosť s otázkami ako postupovať ďalej no zo 100 telefonátov sme sa možno dvakrát dovolali ale odpovede sme sa nikdy nedočkali pretože vždy nás odbili tým že nám zavolajú naspäť keď zistia ako sa veci majú… prešiel týždeň, dva, znova prichádzali ďalšie upomienky ďalšie navýšené platby znova sme kontaktovali oddlžovaciu spoločnosť a znova neúspešne. Platby sme oddlžovacej spoločnosti posielali pravidelne podľa rozpisu celých päť mesiacov. No výsledok bol viac než katastrofálny. Situáciu sme prehodnotili a začali sme komunikovať s veriteľmi osobne. Traja zo štyroch veriteľov nám vyšli v ústrety a vystavili nám splátkový kalendár jeden uver sme museli zial vyplatit cely a naraz pretoze by nas cakala exekucia keďže to zašlo až priďaleko. Našťastie sa po polroku manželovi začalo veľmi dariť v podnikaní a vyhrabali sme sa z tejto sračky sami. Dúfam, že im padnú na úžitok a pevne verím že Karma je zdarma… manželia z POS ktorí nás týmto peklom sprevádzali sa za naše peniaze vyžrali a užívali si naše ťažko vydreté peniaze ale pre nás neurobili absolútne nič okrem prerozdelovania platieb v neuplnej výške čo sme mohli urobiť aj sami a bolo im zaťažko zdvihnúť posratý telefón a aspoň zabékať… pritom títo ľudia sú viac zadĺžení než my…
